A little about me...
I am an experienced primary school teacher, and a Dance Movement Therapist. I am currently working as a dance movement therapist in several populations; including adults living with intellectual disabilities, children with additional needs, people with dementia and have also worked with women rehabilitating from drug and alcohol dependency.
In 2010, I completed a one year training at The School of Shamanic Midwifery (now the School of Shamanic Womancraft) and have been running circles / workshops since. I have considerable experience facilitating rituals and circles with children, teenagers and adults, with a particular interest in rites of passage.
I am a passionate dancer and strongly believe in the transformative medicine of dance. I am also a mother of two children and continue to be actively involved in the school community.
My desire is to create opportunities for connection, within ourselves, to each other, within community and to the earth. All of what I offer comes back to this...
I hope to connect with you soon.
